Client Review: Len Faulconer of Chesterfield, VA

Every once in a while, we get something special in our mailbox or inbox: a letter written by a Retex client about our work and services.

Chesterfield homeowner Len Faulconer originally reached out to Retex in July 2022 for help with his vinyl siding. We replaced a small section of siding for him that August. And then in May this year, he reached back out about the rest of his home’s siding, which we replaced in June with CertainTeed’s Mainstreet vinyl siding in “Sterling Gray”.

Len wrote us the following letter, expressing his gratitude for our work and how we’re different than the typical contractors you may come into contact with while trying to upgrade or fix your home’s exteriors. 

“Our project was handled expediently with concise, timely communication every step of the way… and in the time frame promised,” Len wrote in his letter. “How refreshing it is to receive honesty, expertise, and genuine concern in a project: all at a reasonable price… and what compliments we’ve received from our neighbors on our new siding!”
