Can You Repair A Roof Without Replacing It?

It depends on the age of your roof. If you have a standard asphalt shingle roof in Fredericksburg, VA, it will last between 20-25 years. If it's in good condition at 20 years old or if it's a younger roof, a roof repair may be all you need.
