Josh Lewis
Head Honcho
Josh is the leader of our mighty team. He makes our wheels turn, orchestrating our sales and project management.
Fun fact: Josh loves to travel. He's been to more than 20 countries, with dreams of exploring Argentina and New Zealand next.
Katelyn Lewis
Marketing & Creative Director
Josh's other half, Katelyn runs all of our marketing, social media, video & photo production, and office management. Good thing she likes wearing hats!
Fun fact: Katelyn has cooked a new recipe each week since 2018, and has mastered the role of "renowned cookie maker."
Albus Lewis
Director of Team Engagement
A natural fit to the team, Albus has brought all the wags & kept Retex morale high since May 2021.
Fun fact: Albus can sit, give paw, lay, roll, stay, & climb onto his owners' chairs – the last trick he taught himself.
Mark Erickson
Home Exterior Expert
A former school teacher (with 12 years under his belt!) and fellow homeowner, Mark joined Retex to help you learn more about your home's exterior needs.
Fun fact: Originally from Michigan, Mark is a HUGE Detroit Tigers fan. And he's a real people person – he's still friends with two buddies from preschool!
Andy Connor
Home Exterior Expert
Father of three boys and one girl, Andy joined Retex to bring you peace of mind, protect your home, and boost its curb appeal.
Fun fact: Andy plays guitar and leads his church band. He also likes to work on cars, is a Carolina Panthers fan, and he married his high school sweetheart *swoon*.
Chris Spahr
Home Exterior Expert
Chris joined Retex in 2024, with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home exteriors. He found us through knowing Mark, Andy, and John – all four go to the same church!
Fun fact: He's a bird guy. Chris has a Jenday Conure (small parrot) named Bella. He's also built an entire ecosystem around his home to specifically attract hummingbirds.
Mark Scarpino
Richmond Project Manager
Mark joined RETEX to keep you informed and happy during the repair and installation phases of your home exteriors.
Fun fact: Mark hasn't bought mayonnaise in 10 years. During a daddy-daughter cooking session one fateful evening, he realized they were out of mayo. So Mark took on the challenge of making his own, and he hasn't stopped since.
iRIS HERNANDEZ
Richmond Assistant Project Manager
Iris joined the Retex team in 2023, and she soon became invaluable in coordinating our roof repair teams. Iris continues to oversee the repair teams while helping Mark out with replacement project management duties.
Fun fact: Iris loves spending time with her sister perfecting their family recipes.
Sean Purcell
Fredericksburg Project Manager
Sean joined our team in 2024 as our Fredericksburg project manager, overseeing our clients' repair and replacement projects from Doswell to Stafford.
Fun fact: Sean has been coaching high school football for 15 years, and he's spending his Friday nights coaching for King George High School. Go Foxes!

Office Administrator
Aaren is likely to be the first voice you hear when you contact RETEX for an estimate. She schedules our exterior experts and helps with other office management tasks for Richmond and Fredericksburg.
Fun fact: Aaren and her fiancé Jordan bought their first house in the summer 2024, and she loves getting to meet neighborhood pups during her runs, bike rides, and walks outside.
Caleb Kammerling
Fredericksburg Branch Manager
A Marine and a fellow homeowner, Caleb continues to serve in the reserves while running our Fredericksburg branch.
Fun fact: Caleb came to Retex after needing to replace a roof on his first home. He's also known for his skills working on cars.
John Gordon
Richmond Branch Manager
After managing PetSmart for several years, John joined us to helm our Richmond Retex branch and keep our past and future clients happy.
Fun fact: John has already raised Retex to new heights, as the tallest team member at 6'5". He has five daughters and one son, is a Marine veteran, and he describes himself as an "aspiring whisky nerd."
