This client first reached out in August 2021 for a roof repair on one of his rental properties in the Rosedale neighborhood of Richmond. His tenants noticed during a storm that the rain was getting into the living room. Retex's Josh Lewis assessed the roof and found a hole on the side of the roof near the bottom of the roof. We repaired the roof 3 days later.
Then, this client returned in April 2022 to replace the roof entirely. He chose Tamko Titan "Rustic Black" shingles.
