This North Chesterfield homeowner reached out to Retex after noticing a dripping sound coming through the walls during a rainstorm in December 2023. He couldn’t find the source of the leak, and so he asked for a full assessment of his roof.
Retex’s Mark Erickson assessed and discussed the roof in question, and determined it was time to replace it. The homeowner agreed, and Retex replaced his cedar shake roof with Owens Corning Duration “Onyx Black” shingles in January.
