“I submitted a request for a quote from Retex after a roof leak made itself apparent during a Sunday rainstorm in December 2023.

“Retex reached back out to me very quickly, and was out to examine the roof by Tuesday morning.  The salesperson, Mark, spent an hour at my house, on the roof, examining problem spots (including more than just the leak), and patiently answering the many questions I threw at him.  At no point did he try to sell me a whole new roof, even though my roof does have some age.

“The quote came through Tuesday afternoon, and I got on their schedule pretty quickly - they were able to send a team out by the next Thursday.  The team ran into a couple unexpected issues - the roof was too icy, so they had to move me to an afternoon appointment; they had to replace more plywood than expected.  However, in each case, I was informed very quickly.  The team onsite was professional and worked quickly.  They looked at another potential problem area for me, and cleaned everything on their way out.  They also took pictures throughout the process and uploaded them to a shared site, so I could monitor progress and see they had done what the quote called for.
