Retex's Mark Erickson assessed a rental property's roof in South Chesterfield, VA, for a client on Friday after their tenants reported a leak in their bathroom.

The following are photos from Mark's evaluation.


Mark found significant granule loss – why the roof looks sandy in the second photo – indicating the shingles to be well past their prime. He also found multiple nail pops and missing shingles, as seen in photos 3 through 5.
