You can expect them to ask you a few questions about your project, answer any initial questions you may have about the repair or replacement work, and to schedule an appointment with you and one of our exterior experts, usually within 24 hours.

You'll then receive a confirmation email from Katelyn – Albus is still working on his typing skills – for your appointment.
