This Richmond homeowner reached out to RETEX in March 2024 for an estimate for a new roof. After meeting with RETEX’s Andy Connor, she decided to go forward with us for replacing her roof and repointing and re-capping her chimney, the latter of which is showcased here.

Chimney repointing fixes the mortar seals between the bricks of your chimney. Even the best mortar seals last about 25-30 years. If left unattended, you may end up with a leaky chimney and, worst-case scenario, a structural collapse. On the other hand, repointing your chimney will give you at least 25 years of peace of mind.
