The sun in today’s Finished Roof Friday echoes the awesome weather we’ve had all week!
This client reached out in May 2021 for a roof assessment of his Henrico investment property after his tenants noticed a leak coming in through the kitchen. He wasn’t sure how old the roof was, but estimated it to be about 20 years old. We replaced the roof in June with Owens Corning Duration "Onyx Black" asphalt shingles.
