3. A thorough inspection. In these photos, Mark checks out a 20+ year old asphalt shingle roof. He documents loose shingles, nail pops, and old flashing, taking photos to share with the homeowner. He also takes any needed measurements during this assessment.
4. A brief discussion about the condition of your home's exteriors, and the options available to fix or replace them.
5. An estimate within 24 hours of your appointment.
