Look At This Roof's Transformation!

We originally worked with this customer to replace 15 windows in May. Happy with our work, she reached back out in July to have her roof assessed after noticing multiple leaks along the eaves on the back half of her home. We replaced her old metal roof with a combination of shingles and TPO.

Why the combination? The different slopes of the roof. The top 9 feet had a 5/12 pitch, great for shingles or metal. The bottom half, though, had a 1/12 pitch, meaning nearly flat (no flat roof is fully flat, as it needs to let water roll off). Dividing the roof to agree with its pitch means this homeowner has a solid roofing system to protect her home for many years to come.
