We want to take a moment to shout CONGRATULATIONS to RETEX’s Iris Hernandez!

Iris joined our team during the summer of 2023 as our office administrator, but she quickly grew in her role to take on coordinating our in-house repair teams. She’s since shone brightly in her ability to coordinate both our repair teams’ schedules and communicate clearly with our clients in coordinating and rescheduling work as needed. 


Her hard work has not gone unnoticed, and so we’re happy to announce that Iris is our new assistant project manager. She will be the right-hand support for RETEX’s Mark Scarpino, assisting not only in coordinating installation and repair schedules but also running extra materials last-minute to projects, among other duties.


Congratulations, Iris – we’re lucky to have you on our team, and look forward to seeing how you shine in this new role!

As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, we supplied the labor and Owens Corning donated the materials for this new roof replacement.
